The OIA has published a guide on how to ensure you leave minimal impact on the environment when you are out and about, with a handy one page summary.

Just launched is an easy to use map to find your local outdoor specialist retailer, outdoor centre or activity provider wherever you area heading in the UK.

But most of all we hope whatever you do, whether you are just starting out or a seasoned professional, you get to make the most of the countryside we are lucky enough to have on our doorstep and all the fantastic experiences that come with it.
